Banana Split Breakfast
This is a fun and healthy take on a classic dessert that’s easy for kids to make. As a breakfast, it’s low in refined sugars and contains a full serving of grains, fruits, and protein-packed dairy. A special way to mark the start to a big day, final exam week, or the return from summer camp.

Provisions
- 2 bananas
- 12 fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Big Green Tomato Chocolate Espresso Granola
- 2 cups Hy-Vee Strawberry Yogurt
Directions
Peel both bananas and slice each in half the short direction. Place each half in breakfast bowls or better yet, banana split bowls. Slice each half the(long direction and separate.
Add 1/2 cup of Hy-Vee Strawberry Yogurt to the center of each banana.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Big Green Tomato Chocolate Espresso Granola over the top of the yogurt.
Core the strawberries and nestle three strawberries into each dish.
Grab spoons and dig in!
