Privacy Policy

We store your name, address, telephone and email information and, if you choose, credit card information as well. We do this as a convenience to you for the purpose of reordering, and in case we need to contact you regarding the status of your order. Your information is confidential and all credit card transactions are encrypted.

We despise spam and junk mail as much as you do! We have two types of emails we send. One is the weekly email reminding you that a new ordering period has begun, and another with upcoming specials and announcements. You will have the option to opt out of these marketing email notifications when you register.

We do not share or sell your information.

Refund Policy

Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order. Please attach pictures of the item in question.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely. These items will be donated to a local food bank.

Terms of Service

You and your gift recipients must be delighted or we will make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund. 

We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided which are confirmed when ordering.

We reserve the right to limit replacements and refunds.

Requests must be made within 90 days of receipt of an order.

Replacements and refunds may exclude the price of shipping and handling.

We cannot accept returns of food products.

Food Safety

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you ordered.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that a product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned or sufficiently proven as damaged.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that fruits and vegetables may not look “perfect” and is the nature of regular farm operations.

Glass Return Policy

Glass Containers are subject to a deposit policy as specified during the product purchase. Please return these completely clean to receive your deposit back.
